Hey folks,
Just to share some thoughts about CMD. I installed it recently in latest Lutrs 0.5.16 (installed from GitHub repo, the one in Linux Mint’s software manager is vastly outdated) and it works just fine with wine-ge-8-25-x86_64
. Unfortunately with the best visual settings it’s a little choppy but I blame my “gaming rig”, LOL.
The only problem is with installer setting executable option to your_game_folder/drive_c/GOG Games/CarmageddonMaxDamage/bin/Carmageddon_Max_Damage.exe
and making the game fail to launch. I had to set it to your_game_folder/drive_c/GOG Games/CarmageddonMaxDamage/Launch Carmageddon - Max Damage.lnk
and it allows the game to launch properly. I don’t know why TBH.
On my potato PC it works better than Steam version.
DualShock 4 works flawlessly in game too (be it connected via cable or BT).
