Hello, I have an Error 256 while installing Ubisoft Connect it opens a window saying “The Wine configuration in /home/poutre/Games/… is being updated, please wait…” and it stays that way for 2-5 minutes while the grey box of lutris is loading with no text in the back ground then the text appears saying I have an error since I have WINE64 Prefix and outputs an error 256

I think you need 32 bit support.
Assuming this is Debian based distro:
sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
sudo apt update
sudo apt reinstall lutris
If this doesn’t work, you may need to purge lutris and install it again clean to force installing 32 bit.
Also if you’re using Nvidia driver make sure you have 32 bit driver libs installed.
Better than dealing with 32 bits libraries and other dependencies:
install Lutris Flatpak
and you will always use latest Lutris version.
