Can't install Genshin Impact (code 256)

When installing Genshin Impact, I get an error:

 Monitored process exited.
 Initial process has exited (return code: 256)
 All processes have quit
 Exit with return code 256

I can’t install the game, I tried to fix this error myself, it didn’t work
