Can't get Battle.net and Diablo II Ressurected to work correctly

Hi all,
I’m trying to get Diablo II Ressurected to work on my Fedora 41 machine with NVIDIA 4070 Super
I’ve tried Lutris, Bottles and non-steam game with Proton Experimental but in all of them battle.net is barely usable.
Even in the first setup of Battle.net, it’s stuck at 0% for a good few minutes before starting to progress, once I get to the stage of downloading the game in the launcher it’s blazing fast but when I try to launch it I can see D2R.exe in KDE system monitor but it takes around 10-15 minutes before it actually jumps to the foreground! I’ve never experienced it with any other game/launcher.

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong because Google makes it seem like I’m the only one to ever experience it lol.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
