I have installed dotnet20, dotnet40 according to few suggestions i found online, but no luck.

Does this also happen on the stable wine branch (i.e. wine-ge-8-26)?
Also, do you happen to use a laptop with hybrid graphics? This looks like some sort of failure to load the gpu driver correctly.
