Cannot Launch Starcraft Remastered

Hi all, I’m new and trying to get Starcraft Remastered running. I can launch Battlenet but launching the game itself fails to do anything but bring up the Blizzard error reporter and crash Battlenet. Any advice? Thanks.

I don’t even own the game so I can’t even teat it out. unless it’s free.
