Bug/Error found: Wolfenstein:Enemy territory not installing properly

As in topic it appears that lutris is not executing the .run file from downloaded archive. @strider can You confirm is it a Bug?. Cheers

When Lutris 0.4.13 started with
lutris -d

it installs fine
Is this a bug?
