I installed a new Debian bookworm system and now wanted to setup battle.net. Lutris version is 0.5.17 from the opensuse repo. The github wiki says I need libsdl2 - this installs wayland as a dependency. But I use xorg and I do not want to use wayland (for unrelated reasons) - is this library really required? If I install it - will it switch my system to wayland? How do I make sure that no wayland session will be started?
