hello, i running manjaro, kernel version 6.6.26
amd ryzen 5 2600
amd radeon 7900xt

i running the game eve online perfectly or as close a perfect on wine version wine-ge-lol-8-27-x86_64. the issue i having is when trying to run a 3 party app with the game on the same wine bottle. the app is call eve preview, i had try different wine version and different dotnet version nothing seen to work. the app those need net.framework 4.6.2+ to work. the only error i get is this

It does run using the run exe inside Wine Prefix option while running another app at the same time. Using the Wine-ge-8-26 runner.

To make sure I tried the right app, it is the EVE-O Preview, not EVE Preview, correct?

I am also on Manjaro with an all AMD setup just like you - 5800X3D, 7800XT, Manjaro kernel 6.8.8.

I think I see part of your problem… You are running the lol version of Glorious Eggroll. lol stands for League of Legend and should not be used for anything but that one single game as it is optimized for it and will not have the other patches for other games included. It probably doesn’t work well for most games.

hello thanks for the help, i did try wine-ge-8-26 runner, eve-o preview do not start, nothing seen to happened not even a log and yes i trying to running the app exe inside wine prefix. the app work out side the bottle with system wine. it seen the problem might be my version of lutris, what do you think?

yes eve-o preview, i also had try 8-25 runner… nothing happends

You might be right… Personally running 0.5.16.

This sounds like one of those hard to figure out ones. Wish you could provide more clues as this thing ran with one click for me with no errors.

Maybe try creating a new Wine Prefix and give it another go.

something might not been download right or missing lib. that all i can come out with, besides deleting everything and installation lutris again, which i not want to do… i really not had much to on with beside taking a picture of compenets or windows dll
