Can't launch winesteam using -d [Solved]

For some reason i can’t launch winesteam when using lutris -d
but when i launch lutris the normal way from the icon in ubuntu it works mostly before freezing (the issue i am trying to look into).
Running when trying to lunch with -d I get the following output. (to lunch i just right click winesteam in the runners menu and select “run”)

neofetch output: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/77Z7W5MWyr/
Nvidia Driver: “Using Nvidia driver metapackage from nvidia-driver-410 (open source)”

I tried this fix locally to see if i could get past the terminal issue with no luck, https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6804208/nano-error-error-opening-terminal-xterm-256color

found this link https://better-coding.com/solved-xterm-256color-unknown-terminal-type/

Running this command first worked. export TERM=xterm
